The Garli Bennett Springs Road Extension Project involved the construction of a new road extension along Cheltenham Street, including associated driveways and supporting civil infrastructure to improve local access and connectivity within the Bennett Springs precinct.

Garli delivered approximately 446 metres of new road construction, including driveway construction, supported by comprehensive pavement works comprising priming, sealing, and asphalt surfacing to both the roadway and driveways. The scope also included significant drainage infrastructure, with the installation of three 9.6-metre box culverts and four reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) culverts to manage stormwater flows and ensure long-term pavement performance.

Additional works included the installation of linemarking, signage, and guideposts in accordance with project requirements and applicable standards. Garli also constructed a 750m² carpark, completing the project with improved parking capacity and functionality for road users and the surrounding community.
