The Bindoon North Bypass Stages 1 & 2 Project involved the delivery of significant new road infrastructure along the Great Northern Highway, supporting improved traffic flow, safety, and long-term network resilience.

Across both stages, Garli delivered more than 8.5 kilometres of new road construction and bulk earthworks, including the establishment of borrow pits and water sources to support construction activities. Works also included extensive culvert construction, with a combined value exceeding $1.5 million, incorporating major drainage structures and a stock underpass to maintain pastoral access and ensure effective water management.

The project scope further comprised intersection upgrades at North Road and Burnett Road, improving access, visibility, and safety for road users, as well as the installation of approximately 11 kilometres of new fencing to support road safety and asset protection.

Delivered as a subcontractor to Lendlease / ServiceStream, the project achieved strong social and workforce outcomes. Garli delivered exceptional Indigenous participation, exceeding 60% Aboriginal employment by manhours to date, supported by extensive workforce development initiatives. The project also delivered more than 130 nationally accredited plant tickets, and supported meaningful workforce diversity, including the employment of 27 female personnel across the project.
