The Garli Skygate Project involved the refurbishment of a 9,000m², four-storey occupied office building, requiring careful planning, staging, and stakeholder coordination to ensure uninterrupted business operations throughout the works.

Garli delivered full project management services, overseeing the sequencing and coordination of trades to achieve a high-quality refurbishment outcome. All works were undertaken as night works, enabling zero downtime for staff and maintaining full functionality of the building during normal operating hours.

The scope included the replacement of internal flooring across multiple levels and comprehensive painting works, delivering a refreshed, modernised office environment while maintaining strict safety, quality, and cleanliness standards within an occupied facility.
