Garli Group is a majority Aboriginal owned group of companies.
We exist to create meaningful,
lasting outcomes.
Garli Group is an Australian majority Aboriginal-owned group of companies delivering integrated solutions across infrastructure, healthcare, medical technology, and professional services. Founded in 2018 by its Directors, Darren Lundberg and Michael Barlow, Garli Group was established with a clear purpose: to improve access, quality, and outcomes through innovative, culturally informed, and practical solutions.
Since its establishment, Garli Group has grown strategically to meet evolving community and industry needs.  Garli was established in 2018 with a vision to deliver high quality civil projects with positive social outcomes. Building on this foundation, Garli Medical was launched in 2021 to improve access to workforce medical services. As the Group continued to grow, Kunbunbunna Garli was established to further strengthen community-led initiatives and partnerships. In 2024, Juukan Garli was formed, expanding the Group’s footprint and reinforcing its commitment to innovation, capability building, and long-term outcomes. In 2025, Garli Medi Tech was established, marking a significant evolution into healthcare technology and digital solutions, supporting more efficient, accessible, and connected models of care across Australia and beyond.
At the core of Garli Group is a strong commitment to social impact, sustainability, and genuine partnership. We are proud to support economic participation, capability building, and long-term outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of governance, compliance, and service delivery.
