The Garli Cockburn Road Pedestrian Crossing Project involved the delivery of civil works to construct a new signalised pedestrian crossing on Cockburn Road, improving pedestrian safety and traffic efficiency within a busy metropolitan corridor. - Constructing left-turn-slip-lane from Cockburn northbound to Powell Road.
- Widening existing median.
- Lowering eastern-side footpath to pedestrian ramp.

Project Achievements
- Project involved works around critical high pressure gas and fibre optic assets along with other minor services. Protection works completed and no damage to services during construction.
- Pavement investigation undertaken to retain subbase and minimise lane closures and associated disruptions.
