The Garli LPSP Project involved the upgrade and widening of a 1km section of the Principal Shared Path (PSP) between Vincent Street and Loftus Street, Leederville, along Leederville Parade. The project was delivered within a highly active urban environment, requiring careful coordination to maintain safe access for pedestrians, cyclists, and road users throughout the works.

The scope comprised a combination of off-path (greenfields) works and online works undertaken under traffic management on and around the existing PSP. Garli delivered comprehensive bulk earthworks to support the widened path alignment, followed by sealing works to provide a durable, smooth, and compliant surface for shared path users.

The project also included drainage works to manage surface water and protect the long-term performance of the path infrastructure. Extensive traffic management was implemented to safely segregate construction activities from the public, minimising disruption while maintaining access through the corridor.

To ensure quality and compliance, Garli completed all required surveying and material testing, verifying design conformance, construction accuracy, and pavement performance.
